A letter in the email said:

I am delighted to send a letter of confirmation for your study period at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. We are able to accept you as a student on a short study period, from Monday 24th November to Friday 12th December (the end of term).
We very much look forward to welcoming you to Cardiff. You will be receiving oboe lessons and participating in a range of woodwind classes, as well as being able to attend concerts inside and outside College.

Off to Cardiff! I’ll be all alone for the next four weeks or so. But I’m excited! Lots of oboe-playing, learning, new friends and perhaps, snow! I’m so excited! But first, assignments to complete and a 3-hour exam tomorrow. *groan*
